Who we are - What we do 


More than 25 years development & marketing experience from Heinz Günther, a German EX-Siemens engineer, the senior founder of ARTOL3000 European Business Group, like 

private villas, apartment buildings, office-buildings up to a multifunctional Gallery-Complex with 24.000 m², including shopping areas and Ramada-Hotel etc (see picture further down)


Further the rebuilding of an historical "Alhambra Village" where we did establish the marketing and sales via a special Group-Partner-Offices-Network all over Europe. In the past we did town-plannings and high school park-campus studies for a German University, beside PPP (Public Private Partnership)-consulting.


All further down shown Photos of projects have been managed from Heinz Günther in the past via companies and offices  in London, Frankfurt, Leipzig,  Palma de Mallorca, Almeria and since 12 years also from the ARTOL3000 European Business Group at the black sea in Varna, due to a special focus on the prospects and needs of the upcoming Eastern European market. 


All the photos above and further down on this page are showing some of our own past developments, up to the complete building management, to give an understanding from the wide range of our Group know how in some European countries. The very last picture shows the "ALHAMBRA VILLAGE", where we have been involved for the complete European project-marketing with development-consulting for the plot owner and did organize the marketing via many partner offices and exhibitions all over Europe. Beside many people from England, people from 15 European countries now have a house or flat there.

Based on our wide range of Real Estate Marketing & Development experiences we are searching during the next years for various possibilities and connections to establish at further locations Multi-Generation or 50+Generation community projects (cohousing PLUS),  starting and expanding in Spain, followed from locations via coming co-operations in Bulgaria, Germany, Austria.


This flexible ESPADEVIDA- establishment model includes in future also to cover Telework-lifestyle requirements of companies and the young generation via regional co-operations for coliving & coworking, up to an ESPADEVIDA Center and a modern Multi Generation Park.

An ESPADEVIDA CENTER with TELEWORK aspects is in preparation to cover the expansion of coworking, including coliving for the young Teleworker generation also like a modern coliving PLUS lifestyle for the 50+ Generation and seniors.



We are at the moment in contact with plot owners and are proofing constantly different locations.


In the next future we are looking for locations and cooperations with landowners in Germany, Bulgaria and Austria. Also we are open to cooperate with cities, interested in setting up future oriented multigenerational or 50+generation cohousing oder coliving community developments.

Started from first Project-Idea with establishment and marketing concept ( similar like now in case of ESPADEVIDA ) and continuing with complete development-and building management up to the sales to an investor this spectrum is - beside other private house and office-complexes - the personal experience from Heinz Günther, the senior founder of the 15 years ago established ARTOL3000 European Business Group: 24.000 qm with shopping arcades - various flexible office space, large Gallery hall and on the three top levels a RAMADA Hotel.                  


In these days we operate on the community housing Development-Consulting level by defining future Estate Project Concepts and organizing via the ESPADEVIDA-Forum the regional partners at different European locations, like competent solid Estate Offices, the interested private group of people, builder, plot owner, architects, cities and town-communities.


Galerie-buildings in general could be - because of lower temperature and more rain in northern Europe - a further solution for Multi Generation Community-housing complexes - in possible cooperations with interested cities and towns.

In these days we are now reactivating our past Arabian-Villa-activities in whole Europe and therefore are also searching for further Cooperation Partner Offices in various European countries. Beside selling on selectable plots smaller and larger individual, charming Arabian Villas, if interested still also independent from ESPADEVIDA, this Arabian Village is an ideal ESPADEVIDA-community locationas there is enough already permitted space to include such future oriented 50+Generation or Multi Generation-community-houses and charming small houses with sizes like an apartment.
